Add preferences UI to make "background play back" and "ad cards removal" optional.
Fix a YouTube Music crash: wanam/YouTubeAdAway#131
Fix the channel's community removal: wanam/YouTubeAdAway#132
The App settings may not stick at first install/update, just update them after reboot then force-stop YouTube App to reload the preferences.
